Bring the whole family because Beach, Please! can sleep up to a party or family of 6. Enjoy the privacy of the King bed in the bedroom, or opt for the Queen in the living room to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. A sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps 2 more and is across from the TV so that you can enjoy a cozy stay on even the rainiest of Oregon Coast’s days. The bathroom features a walk-in shower.
Beach, Please! also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.
The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex, an indoor pool, and a hot tub. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.
Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums is an easy walk to Kyllo’s, Lincoln City’s favorite restaurant on the beach, a wine bar, Chinese food and so much more. A quick car ride can take you to the Chinook Winds Casino or the Lincoln City Outlets, not to mention all the other fun dining, shopping, and activity destinations in town.
If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tidepools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River, the shortest river on the planet. The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides even easier access to the beach in the form of a gradual slope. We're also conveniently close to a variety of other recreation areas and hiking trails for the avid nature lover.
