Enjoy the privacy of the King bed in the bedroom, or opt for the Queen in the living room to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. A sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps 2 more, and is across from the TV and a gas fireplace so that you can enjoy a cozy stay on even the rainiest of Oregon Coast’s days. The bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub.
Pacific Approach also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.
The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex, an indoor pool, and a hot tub. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides even easier access to the beach in the form of a gradual slope.
