This studio condo can comfortably sleep up to 4 people, with a queen bed and a full-size murphy wall bed. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Highwave 101 comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized appliances and a small dining table to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your own condo.
Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex, as well as an indoor pool, are provided by our HOA, The Unit of Association Owners. D Sands Condominiums also is proud to offer its own easy and private beach access, to allow guests to take full advantage of our oceanfront location.
Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums is an easy walk to Kyllo’s, Lincoln City’s favorite restaurant on the beach, as well as a wine bar, Chinese food and more! Chinook Winds Casino or the Lincoln City Outlets, are a short drive away, and there are many more places to discover while you stay!
This location is a nature lover's paradise, where a 15-20 minute walk down the beach to the north takes you to natural tide pools filled with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River. The D River has a unique status as the shortest river in the world (seriously!). The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides an even easier access to the beach, with a gradually sloping entrance.
