Our HOA, The Unit of Association Owners, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex, as well as an indoor pool. D Sands Condominiums also features a private beach access that guests can easily take full advantage of to make the most of our oceanfront location.
Located in the middle of Lincoln City, the central location makes it an easy walk to multiple popular restaurants and activities. The Chinook Winds Casino, the Lincoln City Outlets, and many more destinations are just a short drive away.
To the north, a beach walk will take you to natural tidepools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in the D River, which has the honor of being the shortest river on Earth. The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and a gradual slope provides even easier access to the beach. There are a multitude of recreation areas and hiking trails for the avid nature lover, just a short distance in almost any direction.
